TripleTap Pro ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the TripleTap Pro iOS application.

Information We Collect

TripleTap Pro is designed with a local-first architecture. The vast majority of your data never leaves your device.

Data stored locally on your device:

• Your name, company name, phone number, and email address (entered in Settings)
• Customer names and phone numbers associated with estimates and invoices
• Job descriptions, line items, prices, and quantities
• Customer signatures captured via PencilKit
• Your Stripe Payment Link URL
• Price book items and categories

This data is stored using SwiftData on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit:

• Your job data, customer data, or business information
• Payment information (all payments are processed directly through Stripe)
• Location data
• Device identifiers beyond what Apple provides for subscription management

Third-Party Services

Apple App Store / StoreKit: Subscription purchases and management are handled by Apple. Apple's privacy policy applies to these transactions. We receive confirmation of subscription status but not your payment details.

Stripe: Payment links are created and managed in your own Stripe account. When you send a payment link via SMS, the transaction occurs between your customer and your Stripe account. We do not process or have access to payment data.

Apple Messages (SMS): When you send a payment link, the app opens Apple's Messages app with a pre-filled message. The sending of that message is governed by Apple's policies.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

TripleTap Pro offers a monthly subscription at $14.99/month with a 7-day free trial, managed entirely through Apple's App Store. You can cancel at any time through iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

Data Security

Your data is stored locally on your device and protected by iOS device encryption. We recommend enabling Face ID or a passcode on your device and keeping regular iCloud backups.

Children's Privacy

TripleTap Pro is intended for use by adult contractors and business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
