Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the TripleTap Pro iOS application. By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TripleTap Pro, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into these terms, and agree to comply with them.

2. Description of Service

TripleTap Pro is a mobile application designed to help independent contractors create estimates, capture customer signatures, convert estimates to invoices, and send payment links via SMS. The app is available for iOS devices through the Apple App Store.

3. Subscription and Billing

TripleTap Pro offers a subscription plan at $14.99 per month with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Billing is managed by Apple through the App Store. By starting a trial or subscribing, you authorize Apple to charge your payment method on file.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You may cancel at any time via iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
• Free trial converts to a paid subscription if not cancelled before the trial ends

4. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of estimates, invoices, and pricing you create using the app
• Obtaining appropriate consent from customers before capturing their signatures
• Complying with all applicable laws regarding contracts, invoicing, and consumer protection in your jurisdiction
• The security of your Stripe account and payment link
• Maintaining backups of your job data

5. Third-Party Services

TripleTap Pro integrates with third-party services including Apple's StoreKit (for subscriptions), Stripe (for payment processing), and Apple Messages (for SMS). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of these third-party services.

6. Intellectual Property

TripleTap Pro and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the application.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TripleTap Pro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranty that the app will meet your specific business requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of TripleTap Pro, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
